**PayPal Refunded Returns service is coming to an end. From 27 November 2022, PayPal will no longer accept refund requests for return shipping costs.**
Whether it’s the wrong thing, the wrong size, the wrong colour or you simply changed your mind, PayPal can refund your return shipping costs on eligible PayPal purchases with Refunded Returns. – up to $45 per return and 8 returns each year.
What conditions make my order eligible:
Payment in full for the order with PayPal
Purchased a tangible product (ie. no gift cards)
Lodge the return within 30 days from placing your order
Have activated PayPal Refunded Returns before your original purchase
Make sure to keep your receipt from the post office as you'll need to upload this to support your claim.
