In the event you have received a defective item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your items, with the following information:

  • Which item(s) are damaged

  • A description of the damage

  • Photo evidence

Please do not return any damaged goods until advised by us.

Once we are able to verify proof of damage, we will propose a resolution to you which may include a refund, credit or replacement.
