Can you send my order to a parcel locker or PO box?Updated 2 years ago

Australia Post are the only shipping company able to deliver to their PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect.

As we do not ship with Australia Post, ensure you supply a home or workplace address, preferably where someone can sign for your items.

Parcel Locker Trial
To provide you some more information, we trialed parcel lockers a few months ago and sadly it didn't work out the way we anticipated for a few reasons:

AusPost only allow a parcel up to 39cm x 36cm x 64cm (the maximum dimensions of the large locker). When we reviewed our orders, as a wholesaler, 90% of our orders are multi-carton and the items exceed the dimensions above which means the parcel could not be delivered to the locker and then taken to a post office. This created a bad experience for most customers and hence why this option was revoked.
