All orders are sent with an Authority to Leave as default, so if the driver determines it safe to leave your parcel in the event you are not onsite, they will do so.

We always recommend sending your order to an address where someone can sign for your order (workplace, home, office etc).

If Direct Freight Express is unable to leave your items, they will be taken to the closest depot. You will then be responsible to pick up the items within 2 business days. Items will be returned to us after this time.
