If you are seeing a duplicate charge from us, this may be because your order was placed twice. Please check your email or phone for a second order confirmation.


If you attempted to pay online with your credit card and it was declined, this can cause multiple authorisations on your credit card. In these instances, the charge may appear twice or more in Pending Transactions but will be billed to your account only once. If you discover duplicate transactions, please wait up to five business days to see if they are successfully processed onto your billing statement. If they are, you can contact us and we can investigate further.

If you paid via PayPal, you can login and check for duplicate payments any time by clicking Activity. If you've been charged twice, you can contact us and we can investigate further.
