With so many businesses being closed during December and January it's hard to know where you can order from and whether your items will arrive in time.

Rest assured, our warehouse remains open every day except for Victorian public holidays. Please note, some days we are not able to dispatch items by our usual 2pm AEST cut off due to skeleton warehouse staffing and earlier pickups from freight companies.

Our freight partners will be operating with reduced staffing as many of their teams take a much-deserved break with their families. This will occur from the 24th December 2021 to the 10th January 2022.

During this period, the standard ETA schedule will have an additional two days of transit time.

Adelaide - 3 business days
Brisbane - 4 business days
Canberra - 3 business days
Darwin - 8 business days
Melbourne - 3 business days
Perth - 7 business days
Tasmania - 7 business days
Sydney - 3 business days

Our support team is still here to help. While we may not be as quick as our average 5 minute reply time, we will have a skeleton team working to get back to you as quickly as we can.
