We have two options to change your delivery address once your order is confirmed.

1. Order hasn't been picked in our warehouse

In this case your order hasn't been picked by one of our superstar warehouse team. We can update your new shipping address and this will be used to create the shipping label for your order.

2. Order has been picked in our warehouse and may even be in transit with our freight partners

We can update the new delivery address on your behalf with our freight partner and they will deliver the items to your new shipping address. Ensure you choose an address such as a workplace where someone will be able to sign

If your order has already been delivered, you'll need to make arrangements to collect it from the address on your order.
